At home treatment of acne rosacea?

how do I treat this at home without seeing a doctorAt home treatment of acne rosacea?
It's not as difficult as you might think. You just need to get to know your skin better. I recommend not eating spicy foods, not using any products that make your face tingle (including lip balms), and using a 1% BHA (salicylic acid). It helps if you understand that your skin is far more sensitive than the average person's. Learn what triggers it and respect that. Exercise, red wine, hot water, all these are rosacea triggers. Select bland skincare products and stay away from products with many irritating ingredients. Take lukewarm showers rather than steaming your skin with hot water. Antibacterial products will kill off the bacteria that can exacerbate rosacea, as well. Good antibacterial products are raw honey (which can be used as a cleanser in the morning) sulfur (like Prosacea, a popular over-the-counter rosacea product) and tea tree oil.
