What is the best treatment (non-irritating) for rosacea...red cheeks that flare up when near heat?

You need a solution that not only handles flare up as they occur, but also works to prevent future flare ups and is created specifically for your type of skin.

Here are a few quick tips that you can start using immediately to manage your rosacea:

1) Monitor your diet daily. By avoiding alcohol, hot beverages and/or spicy foods you can greatly reduce the number and severity of Rosacea flare-ups.

2) When you have a flare up, treat it sooner rather than later to prevent long-term damage.

3) Apply at least an SPF 8 sunscreen everyday to prevent UV induced symptoms. The sun is often the number 1 reason for flare-ups.

4) Wash with water that is lukewarm, not hot.

5) Blot dry, but don't rub, using a thick-pile cotton towel.

6) Wait for the skin to dry completely. Wait at least one minute before applying products

7) Check out my recommendation below to manage your rosacea. It won鈥檛 irritate your already sensitive skin.

Hope this helps.
